Pat Rexrode entered the real estate business with Century 21 in Waynesboro in 1987. After 3 very successful years, Pat opened her own real estate company (the first RE/MAX in the area). Again, after 6 successful years, Pat decided listing and selling was more her forte and she merged her company with Westhills LTD in December, 1995 Pat has been a Top Listing and Selling agent (in the top 5% of the GAAR REALTORS) consistently throughout her career, dealing primarily with Residential and Lots/Land property. Pat has always found time to be active in the Real Estate Boards both on the local and state levels. She is currently a Board Member, Chairman of the MLS Committee, and State Vice-President of the Virginia CRS Chapter (Certified Residential Specialist). Pat was also President of the Local Real Estate Association in 1995. She hold the designations of CRS, Certified Residential Specialist (held by only 4% of Realtors Nationally, GRI (Graduate of REALTOR Institute), and CBR (Certified Buyer Representative). Pat averages between 50 and 60 transactions per year (the local average is 10). In 2004 Pat was awarded GAAR Realtor of the Year.
