Lucille Gresham began her real estate career with Westhills Ltd. REALTORS in July, 1995. Having a degree in Home Economics from the University of Arkansas and a previous career in teaching, real estate was a long-time interest and fell into place naturally. Lucille immediately began investing in knowledge available to new realtors and attended classes of all kinds, receiving the GRI, (Graduate, REALTOR Institute)designation in March, 1997, CRS(Certified Residential Specialist)designation in 1999, and the ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation in 2000. Lucille has been active in the local Staunton Augusta Board of REALTORS, as well as the VAR. She has served on various committees over the years and is presently serving on the MLS committee, the Grievance Committee, and the Community Service Committee. Lucille has been a multi-million dollar producer over the past several years, working successfully as both a listing and selling agent.
